Since SUP boards are large and oversized goods, their transportation is a complexed process. We work with several licensed logistic companies and each order is discussed on an individual basis. In each individual case, the carrier, route and terms are agreed in manual mode. With this in mind, we take full responsibility for the entire process of organizing transportation, namely: making an individual shipping box for your board, selecting a carrier, agreeing on the conditions and route of transportation.
Shipping cost and payment terms
Shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. At the stage of order approval, we discuss the options and the approximate cost of delivery, and 1-2 weeks before the board is completely ready, we fill out a request for transportation and the customer pays for delivery in accordance with the conditions of the carrier.
Custom fees, duties and taxes
Export costs in the country of departure are paid by the seller. Import duties and taxes in the country of destination are paid by the buyer.
Order execution time
Average time we need to build a wooden paddle board is 6-10 weeks, but it can vary greatly depending on the board model, your design needs, and production capacity. We will definitely discuss the detailed deadlines for the implementation of your order upon agreement.

All the boards are going through tests both in our studio and on water. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit, unless for some reason you withdraw your order within 48 hours.
