Custom order processing

  • Upon your request, we send you a detailed offer for the chosen paddleboard including design, additional equipment, manufacturing time and shipping cost.
  • Once all the order details are agreed upon, we provide you with a final contract and invoice.
  • After receiving the 50% prepayment, we commence the manufacturing of your item.
  • The remaining 50% of the payment must be made after order is completed, on which we will notify you in advance.
  • Once the final payment is received, we endeavor to ship the order within 5 working days.

Shipping

  • Stock items:
    • Standard items are shipped within 1-2 business days, while customized orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom orders:
    • Custom order processing times can vary from a matter of weeks to several months depending on the complexity of your item and production load. These timelines are discussed and agreed upon individually.
  • Shipping costs:
    • We offer flat-rate shipping for fins and paddles, with costs calculated on the Cart page.
    • Paddleboards are considered oversized cargo by carriers. To secure the best shipping offer, we work closely with several logistics companies for each order. Therefore, shipping costs are negotiated and determined alongside your order.
  • Import duties and taxes:
    • Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that customs procedures may cause occasional delays that are beyond our control.
  • Tracking Information:
    • After your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.

Returns

  • Our returns policy grants you a 30-day window to request a return, beginning from the moment you receive your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us, providing your order number. We will supply you with a prepaid return label and instructions for the return process.
  • If your item is found to be defective or damaged, please get in touch immediately upon receipt so we can assess the issue and make it right.
  • Returns are generally not accepted for custom items, unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is evident.
  • Following our inspection of the returned item, a refund for the purchase will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, please reach out to us, providing your order number and the cancellation request.
  • If the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the order has been processed or shipped, the refund amount will be calculated accordingly.
